  Dr Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic

  Co-founder

  Dr Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic is an international authority in psychological profiling, consumer analytics, and talent management. He is the CEO at Hogan Assessments, Professor of Business Psychology at University College London (UCL), Visiting Professor at Columbia University, and has previously taught at New York University and the London School of Economics.

  Dr Tomas has published 8 books and over 120 scientific papers, making him one of the most prolific social scientists of his generation. His work has received awards by the American Psychological Association and the International Society for the Study of Individual Differences, to which he is now director. Dr Tomas is also the director of UCL’s Industrial-Organisational and Business Psychology programme, and an Associate to Harvard’s Entrepreneurial Finance Lab.

  Dr Gorkan Ahmetoglu

  Co-founder

  Dr Gorkan Ahmetoglu is a Lecturer in Business Psychology at University College London (UCL). He has previously held the positions of Director of Management and Entrepreneurship, Director of Digital Entrepreneurship, and Director of Consumer Behaviour at Goldsmiths, University of London. He is an expert in psychometrics, personnel selection, and organisational training and development.

  Gorkan’s pioneering research on Entrepreneurship was funded by the Economic and Social Research Council, and he is also active in the areas of leadership, behavioural economics, and consumer psychology. Gorkan has published numerous articles in scientific journals on the psychology of entrepreneurship and his first book Personality 101 - on the science of personality and psychometric testing - was recently published. Gorkan is an associate of Harvard’s Entrepreneurial Finance Lab and consults to global organisations and the UK government.

  Roger Thornham

  Co-founder

  Roger Thornham leads the development of Meta's test platform solutions. Roger began his career in financial journalism before, at 28, starting the first of a number of technology-based businesses. Roger's entrepreneurial activity has encompassed distance-learning, financial education, market research and online music discovery. Over the years, Roger has also provided consultancy services to a wide range of organisations, both in the private and public sector. Roger is a graduate of Oxford University, where he was a Scholar, and also studied law at City University, London.

  Dr Robert Hogan

  Advisory Board

  Robert Hogan, Ph.D. is an international authority on personality assessment, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.

  Dr. Hogan’s work in personality measurement is as distinctive as it is theory-based. He is widely credited with demonstrating how personality factors influence organizational effectiveness in a variety of areas - ranging from organizational climate and leadership to selection and effective team performance. Dr. Hogan is the author of more than 300 journal articles, chapters and books. Dr. Hogan received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, specializing in personality assessment. He was McFarlin Professor and chair of the Department of Psychology at The University of Tulsa for 17 years. Prior to that, Dr. Hogan was professor of Psychology and Social Relations at The Johns Hopkins University. He is a fellow of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

  Dr Adrian Furnham

  Advisory Board

  Dr Adrian Furnham is Professor of Psychology and Director of the Organisational Psychology Unit at University College London.

  Previously a lecturer in Psychology at Pembroke College, Oxford, Adrian has been Professor of Psychology at University College London since 1992. He has lectured widely abroad and held scholarships and visiting professorships at, amongst others, the University of New South Wales, the University of the West Indies, the University of Hong Kong and the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He has also been a Visiting Professor of Management at Henley Management College. He has recently been made Adjunct Professor of Management at the Norwegian School of Management (2009). Adrian has written over 700 scientific papers and 57 books.

  Dr Todd Carlisle

  Dr Todd Carlisle is Director of Staffing at Google. Todd has been at Google since 2004 when he was hired as the original member of the People Analytics team where he worked on selection, performance management, employee retention, and job analysis projects. Currently he is the Director of Staffing for 150 recruiters who have hired 2000+ people into HR, Corporate Communications, Legal, Finance, Corporate Development, Internal Consulting, and Facilities roles. His work at Google has been covered by the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, National Public Radio, and Harvard Business Review. Prior to Google, he worked as a consultant for Right Management Consultants and received his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University.

  Nicola Hain

  Nicola Hain – Founder of The Key Club International. In 2010, the then UK Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, recognised Nicola as one of 24 leading women in business.

  After qualifying as a tax lawyer in 2006 with leading City law firm, Charles Russell LLP, Nicola moved to the London office of Ernst & Young becoming the youngest senior executive, and one of only 30, to be appointed to Ernst & Young's Accelerated Leadership programme in 2008. Recognising the need to bring together game changing new leaders, entrepreneurs and intrepreneurs, to build a collaborative community of peers, she left Ernst & Young in 2009 to found The Key Club International. The Key Club International partners with C-level executives and Global HR officers of the world’s most influential organisations to identify its intrapreneur members, and with the VC and investment community to identify its game changing entrepreneur members. Nicola consulted to Lord Davies, former Minister for Trade, Investment and Small Business, on digital entrepreneurship and was a key contributor to Lord Davies report on Women on Boards, published in 2011.

  Dr Bailey Klinger

  Bailey Klinger is a Senior Research Fellow at Harvard’s Center for International Development and CEO & co-founder of the Entrepreneurial Finance Lab.

  Bailey is the original co-inventor of the EFL technology; technology that applies psychometric tools and principles to enable banks in emerging markets to lend profitably to business owners lacking credit history and collateral (www.efinlab.com). His research centres on entrepreneurship, structural transformation, and private sector growth in developing countries, and has been published in leading Journals such as Science and the Journal of the Economics of Transition. Bailey has performed extensive field research throughout Latin America, Africa and Asia, and consulted for various national governments and international organizations. Bailey has a Masters in Public Administration in International Development from the Kennedy School of Government, and a PhD in Public Policy from Harvard University.

  Dr Stephane Moriou

  Dr Stephane Moriou is president of MoreHuman Partners and an international consultant specialized in talent assessment and development.

  Stephane started his career with Development Dimensions International and PA Consulting Group. In 2001, he founded Business Psychology Consultant and in 2010 sold his firm to ManpowerGroup for which he became one of the presidents in France. In 2012, he has launched MoreHuman Partners in France, with an aim to emphasize innovation in his consulting assignments. Stephane has managed the assessment and recruitment of more than 15.000 people in his career. He has authored several psychometrics tests including a personality inventory for entry-level positions, a non-verbal measure of professional interests, and a projective test for C-level executives. He is an international expert in assessment techniques aiming to predict human behaviors.

  Maria Kokkinos

  Maria is a licenced psychologist and a Manager at the Human Capital Consulting department of ICAP People Solutions, the largest business services provider in Greece. She has a total of 20 years of experience in a broad spectrum of areas pertaining to talent Management, having worked in demanding multinational consulting firms in Greece (Hay Group/Korn Ferry, Grant Thornton) and companies (ECDL) as a Leadership & Executive Search Consultant as well as HR Manager. Maria is a certified META Ambassador in Greece on behalf of ICAP, having played a crucial intrapreneurial role in the introduction of the META test to the Greek Market. Maria holds an MSc degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Bernard Baruch College and a BA in Psychology from Queens College (City University of New York, U.S.A.).

  Altan Atabarut

  Altan promotes Meta technology in Turkey and the surrounding region. His corporate experience spans across banking credit risk measurement and optimisation, analytics driven management consultancy, business development for world known decisioning solutions Experian and GDS Link. He has worked with and provided consultancy for multinational corporations including Garanti Bank/BBVA, Turkcell, Akbank and Avval/Saudi Telecom. He lead the first psychometrics based credit card lending project in the MENA region for Turkey’s Denizbank in 2015. He's now a fintech/insuretech entrepreneur and a partner at Technolera venture capital. Altan holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering/OR from METU and a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Yildiz Tech.

  Nigel Chappell

  Business Development

  Nigel has a successful background in IT Sales. A graduate of Westminster University in Computer Science (a bespoke course delivered in association with leading IT vendors) Nigel has worked for a number of leading IT companies including 3Com, Nokia Internet Communications, Veritas, Symantec and Dell. In these roles Nigel has worked with both direct customers and partners. Most recently he diversified into Operations Management at a small Microsoft Systems Integrator supporting all aspects of running the company. He was a key member of a leadership team implementing ‘Scaling Up’, a change management program as published by Verne Harnish. Nigel has a broad experience to draw on in the application of META services.

  Franziska Leutner

  Researcher

  Franziska Leutner is a doctoral student at University College London (UCL) specialising in personality profiling and psychometrics. She is an MSc Occupational Psychology and her research areas include entrepreneurship, innovative ways of personality profiling, consumer psychology, leadership and emotional intelligence. Franziska works with businesses and consultants developing questionnaires for personality profiling and applying psychology to marketing strategies. She is personality assessment certified and has worked in psychology related jobs in the UK and abroad.

  Patricia Almeida

  Researcher

  Patricia Almeida is a Psychologist and a Researcher graduate of University College London (UCL). She specialises in statistics and psychometrics and she is an expert in the development of computerised assessment tools, particularly for high performance jobs. Patricia has conducted research internationally in the areas of spatial intelligence, personality, group psychology, entrepreneurship and vocational interests. In 2009 she received the ‘Junior Research Award’ granted by Iberoamerican society for the Study of Individual Differences.

  Tessa Karcisky

  Researcher

  Tessa Karcisky is an MSc Business Psychologist from University College London. She has researched on entrepreneurship, talent management and personality profiling. Other research areas include change and innovation management and leadership. Tessa has broad working experience in international companies. She worked in the HR department at KPMG and in HR Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers on topics such as HR transformation and talent management. She is personality assessment certified and will start doing her Phd in Germany, at the University of Cologne, in entrepreneurship, personality profiling and change and innovation management.

  Reece Akhtar

  Researcher

  Reece Akhtar, an MSc I-O and Business Psychologist from University College London, has published research on entrepreneurship, personality disorders and leadership. He is also interested in how Big Data can be used to increase innovation and employee engagement. While consulting for global media agencies and consumer goods companies, Reece has spent two years as a workshop facilitator at Apple. He is personality assessment certified, and will start his PhD at University College London investigating entrepreneurial cultures, teams and decision-making styles.
